Craig is a registered psychologist with over 15 years of experience working across various settings, including community mental health services, hospitals, private practice, and non-government organisations. He has developed a comprehensive skill set through supporting individuals across the lifespan, with a focus on issues such as psychosis, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, self-harm, alcohol and substance use, emotional dysregulation, and complex relational difficulties.
With a particular interest in chronic mental illness, Craig also provides support to families and carers of individuals with complex health and mental health needs. He has a strong focus on men’s health, life transitions, and ambiguous loss, and offers carer support tailored to challenges such as adjusting to the caregiving role, fatigue, and burnout.
Craig holds Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Applied Psychological Research and has trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and bereavement and trauma recovery programmes. His therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and collaboration, ensuring each client feels heard, understood, and supported.

In addition to his clinical work, Craig is a Psychology Board of Australia-approved supervisor, with experience providing supervision to both provisional psychologists and those with general registration. Outside of his professional life, Craig enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and gardening. He remains actively engaged in ongoing professional development, keeping up to date with the latest research, seminars, and workshops.
