We focus on understanding your issues, what has caused them and what is maintaining them, then work with you on practical strategies so you can manage any symptoms you may be experiencing and ultimately feel happier within yourself.


We draw from varied therapy bases, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Each psychologist is trained in specialist techniques such as psychodynamic, interpersonal, narrative and play therapy should this be better suited to your needs.
