Rebecca WheelerClinical Psychologist (Director)
Rebecca is the principal psychologist and Director of RWA Psychology. She is a Clinical Psychologist with a particular interest in supporting parents with their parenting experiences – from pregnancy and birth to adjusting to both the joys and demands of raising children. Rebecca also works with adults in trauma, anxiety and depression, self-esteem, attachment issues and personal growth.
May Soo is a counselling psychologist with experience working with adults and adolescents to treat depression, anxiety, stress, trauma and anger-related issues. She has a particular interest and passion in relationship counselling and has specialist training in sexual health, assisting individuals and couples to understand themselves sexually and meet their sexual goals.
Michelle SinghClinical Psychologist
Michelle is a Clinical Psychologist with nearly 25 years of experience and is passionate about optimising the psychological, social, emotional, and educational well-being of children, young people, and their families. She has a special interest in addressing various challenges, such as anxiety, mood disorders, behavioural issues, and complex trauma. She has a background in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and systemic family therapy.
Dr Heather DalbyMental Health Social Worker - Family Therapist
Heather has over three decades of experience working with children, young people, couples, and families. As a systemic family therapist, Heather has a special interest in supporting children and young people within the context of their family system and has experience working with young people who struggle with anxiety, depression (including self-harm), behavioural challenges, and school refusal.
Roderick is a registered psychologist and visiting University lecturer who brings expertise to the practice. As a Board-Approved Supervisor, he mentors psychologists in training and emphasises a non-judgmental, compassionate approach in his practice. With a special interest in men's health and substance use, Roderick utilises a person-centred, evidence-based approach to address issues like depression, gender, sexuality and self-esteem.
Hanaan Haddad is a registered Psychologist. Her warm and gentle approach provides a safe space for her clients to feel understood while working towards their desired change. Working beyond symptom management to get to the root of wounds and experiences, Hanaan uses a range of therapeutic approaches to guide clients to resolve and develop new perceptions, beliefs and emotions.
Dr Katie ChungClinical Psychologist
Katie is a warm and empathic psychologist, who creates a safe and collaborative environment for clients to understand and break free from distressing patterns. She employs various therapeutic approaches to address issues such as anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, low self-worth, and more. Katie's extensive qualifications and expertise make her an invaluable member of our psychometric Assessment Team.
Maria Morte-SanorjoClinical Psychologist
Maria is a compassionate and experienced therapist with a special interest in perinatal mental health and early childhood development. She employs attachment-based approaches to assist clients in navigating the challenges of early parenthood. Maria utilises evidence-based treatments in a collaborative, supportive setting and promotes resilience and vitality while addressing concerns like perinatal anxiety, parenting stress and trauma.
Rowena has a keen interest in perinatal mental health, assisting parents in preparing for and adjusting to the challenges of parenthood. Rowena assists in treating perinatal stress, anxiety and depression, birth trauma and parent-infant relationship difficulties. She also has a special interest in working with individuals who present with stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and self-esteem issues.

Tess has experience and training in working with adolescents and their families, building trust, respect, and collaboration to enhance personal strengths and skills. Avnee LagadClinical Psychologist
Avnee is passionate about helping her clients achieve better psychological and physical well-being by gaining a greater awareness of their thought patterns, feelings, and behaviours. She has a particular interest in supporting adults living with cancer and other chronic health issues to cope with the physical and emotional impact of these conditions and improve their quality of life.
Tanu JoshiClinical Psychologist
Tanu is a clinical psychologist with a special interest in working with children, families, and diverse cultures. She provides assessments and evidence-based treatments for presentations such as Autism, ADHD, and early trauma. Tanu prioritises collaborative care, working closely with doctors, teachers, and allied health clinicians, particularly for children from different cultural backgrounds and those in Out of Home Care.
Victoria Barrett (nee Mulé)Psychologist
Victoria supports her clients to reflect and learn about themselves, their difficulties, and their strengths and works with them to develop a collaborative treatment plan. She has experience treating concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, perinatal mental health concerns and difficulty with alcohol and other drugs, including smoking cessation. She also has an interest in retirement planning.

She collaborates with adolescents and adults, respecting their choices, beliefs, and culture and advocates for holistic, individualised therapy, empowering individuals to manage current challenges and create lasting, meaningful change. Jane employs evidence-based treatments for anxiety, low mood, stress, anger, relationship issues, self-esteem, and grief.
