Our Approach

Our approach is to find the right balance between taking the time to talk and listen, and developing ‘real world’ skills.

We focus on understanding your issues, what might have caused them and what may be maintaining them, then work with you on practical strategies so you can manage any symptoms you may be experiencing and ultimately feel more content within yourself. Sometimes the most important thing we can do is simply hear your story and help you live the best you can within your circumstances.

We draw from varied therapy bases, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic, Relational & Attachment based approaches, Schema, Interpersonal, DBT, Narrative and Play therapy depending on therapist and your circumstances.
