Jane is a clinical psychologist who enjoys working collaboratively with adolescents and adults, in a way that respects their choices, beliefs and cultural background. She believes that therapy should be holistic and uniquely tailored to each person. Jane aims to support individuals in developing the self-knowledge, skills, and confidence to not only manage their current concerns but to make lasting and meaningful change in their lives.
